i was once told trusting burke is like [censored]ing into the wind, it may work out time to time and i might recommend it but id never do it...
that being said whats the best way to drive up the value? well if you have two deals on the table say four, you cant fabricate deals teams "know" but you can drive that up a tad, especially around the two big trade times (deadline and draft/signing day)
