They aren't really considering this, Buss said no way in hell, you're a fulltime coach or not a coach at all. We love Phil, but if he's not healty enough to travel, then he needs to assume another position in the organization or retire. We would love to have him stay here, for a few reasons, he's a great coach that got us 4 titles, it irritates the hell out of Celtics fans that he was coaching the Lakers when he got his 10th ring, and he's dating the bosses daughter. But he's not going to be a part time coach that makes 12 million a year.
