Off the top of my head
OSU, PSU, ILL, Minny, Iowa and IU return their QB's from last year. MSU, Wisky and scUM should all improve the QB position even if its with a new player. Unsure about Purdue or NU (not that they matter).
Initially I was thinking the same thing about the B10 in general but that many quality returning QB's give me the feeling the B10 might be better than people think.
I'll buy Hines as the leading tackler.
