I tend to think the same about the USC game as far as their fans not traveling. I expect the game to be in the evening (as the feature ABC game) so I am wondering if the ticket window opens at 8AM? We were talking with some scalpers in line at the Michigan game and they said that the usual routine of handing out bracelets at 7AM should be expected, but that tickets would not likely be sold until later in the afternoon. Is that correct? At this point my son will likely stand in line and then call me when he knows if any tix are available.
As previously stated, we were able to get seats for the Michigan game last year. I expected that their fans would not travel since they had a terrible year and it was rather cold out. I figured we would have their C deck seats, but we ended up where I think those that are wheelchair bound sit.
For what it is worth, I don't begrudge scalpers. I figure the ones in line with us last year put up with the cold like anyone else. One dude was like Cedric The Entertainer and made the sub 20 degree weather bearable. They had set a 2 ticket per person limit and I thought of buying extras for some spending money, but didn't want to risk getting busted. More power to the scalpers if they want to take the chance. Jmho.
