2009 WSU/tOSU

Jaxbuck,

The WSU-Buckeye game will be held in Seahawks Stadium (now called Qwest Field). Its certainly a much smaller venue than the Shoe, I believe Qwest seats just under 68,000 but it has nearly all the creature comforts that an NFL stadium can have and all the bells and whistles that the 2nd richest man in America (Seahawks owner and Cougar, Paul Allen) saw fit to cram in it. If they keep with prior practice the game will kick off in the early afternoon and in the evening (around 7pm) the Mariners will play a game at Safeco Field, which is across the street. If somebody in the MLB office is on their game they will think far enough ahead to have the Mariners play Cleveland that night.
If any of you see fit to make the trip, Seattle usually is at its best weatherwise and otherwise in early to mid September. You will enjoy the trip.
Though maybe this time WSU can finally beat tOSU!

Go Cougs!
