I'm thinking he has Madsen up first because the bullpen will definitely be needed. Can't afford to tire them out in the first game of the DH then have them come back in the 3rd or 4th inning of the second DH game. Probably thinking he'll rely on the pen with Madsen and hope Luebke can turn around and go 6 or all 7.
