Middies dominate Indians
Quote:
Middletown scored on each of its first five possessions to take a 31-0 lead at halftime.
The only blemish for the Middies offense in the first half was an interception by Fairfield?s James Turner in the end zone.
"Jalin knows," Krause said of sophomore quarterback Jalin Marshall. "He's a young guy trying to make a play there. It's hard to fault him, but he knows better."
Marshall completed 7-of-12 passes for 89 yards and a touchdown, a 15-yard pass to William Peters for the Middies first score of the game.
Marshall also ran the ball 13 times for 86 yards and two scores, one a 51-yarder that ended Middletown?s first-half scoring.
