Pat intends to make his decision in August and has visits scheduled for Miami(FL) and Florida, but nothing is certain. He seemed to like Penn State on his recent visit.
Penn State just got a commitment from Brett Brackett, a QB from New Jersey. That may hurt them in the Devlin sweepstakes.
