From Rivals100.com...Devlin is looking at Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina State, Pitt, Miami, Penn State, Minnesota, Michigan State, Iowa, Illinois, Purdue, Michigan. He will visit Michigan this weekend and Miami in June. He plans to take some more visits this summer and commit before the season starts.
