I have some questions that may not belong here but it seems like a good place to start. Folks in the New York City area are raving about Vidal Hazelton. He's a fleet, physical wide receiver from Staten Island who is getting a ton of offers, including one from Ohio State. I'm an extremely well-known and well-placed person in New York City who might be able to help with the recruitment of this kid.
To those knowledgable about the recruiting process I pose the following questions: Should I get involved in this... are our coaches strong enough in this part of the country to nail it down if they want him? If so, what are the NCAA/
OSU limits on what I can do? Having not seen him play, can anyone offer more insight into this kid... is he worth the "trouble"?
