I can only tell you that Vidal is "worth the trouble", and that
OSU and every other major program wants this kid.
I cannot provide any assitance on the NCAA rules, or contact with recruits. Others on this board MAY be willing to assist you in that regard. However, when in doubt, let the professionals (i.e. the coaching staff) do what they get paid big money for - recruiting blue chippers to come to the Ohio State University.
