From Rivals100.com...Devlin was rated the top QB at the Elite College Combine. He has offers from Miami (FL), Maryland, UNC, Syracuse, Ole Miss, Virginia, Penn State, Pitt, Toledo, Oregon, Purdue, NC State and Michigan State among others.
What I thought was interesting about this article was the fact that many have noticed about what a decent job Zook has been doing at Illinois lately. Well, one of the people Devlin took a phone call from recently was former Texas QB Major Applewhite, who is recruiting Devlin for Zook and Illnois. Not a bad hire on Zook's part at all...
