Maybe since usc is having a bad year hart will look at osu harder. That thumping they received from clemson cant hurt our chances.

Apparently South Carolina has fired their offensive line coach. Hart mentioned he had a relationship with him and if would affect his recruitment. It's unfortunate he did not make it up to the Shoe for a game this year. He really enjoyed his Auburn unofficial visit and won't have anything to compare it to. I'll be able to accept losing Hart to USC but not to Auburn

Yeah, I heard they fired three good recruiting coaches today. Also I think that the rumors of tommy tuberville being fired also helps our chances of getting hart. Right now i am pretty confident about getting him.

I doubt Tommy T. will get axed... granted this year was an upset for that team... if he has a bad season next year with all that talent he might be on the fireing line... doubt it happens this year.. but in the college football world anything is possible...

acutally, its looking more and more likely that he will be fired. On 1460 they have been talking all day about how auburn has talked to the coach at louisvill who was teh former o-coordinator of auburn. I really think he is gunna get fired.

I heard about the interview with Petrino. Not a good sign. I can't help but be happy about the fact our biggest competition for Hart are having problems. Picking up a guy like Hart could really help out recruiting in the future. I've got my fingers crossed.

I really hope we land a few of those OLM. Does anyone remember earlier in the year someone saying tOSU was only looking to add 5 OLM this year? It seems it might have been Person's dad, but I could be wrong. If Mitchum is counted to the DL and we land him, I we still only take 2 more OLM. I am hoping for 3, but can understand why the coaches only want 5. Try and get the depth of OL spread out over the 5 years.
