Actually, it happened on our second to last offensive play of the game at Wisconsin, which was the 8th game of 2002, with 46 seconds left in the game, so it was essentially eight full games before he got the shoulder stinger. And the big reason for the injury wasn't necessarily his style on running but rather the rock hard artificial turf at Damp Cramhole Stadium.

tOSU should be in on every 5-star RB
I hope JT and staff are recruiting this guy hard. IMHO Maurice Wells could become this year's Fred Davis -- everyone close to him favors tOSU, but at the last possible minute he succombs to the star value and Lear Jet of USCum.
With the offensive line tOSU is accumulating and the number of Heismans tOSU's RBs have earned, JT shouldn't be out-recruited by anybody for top flight RBs.
JT: Put your best effort into this one and bring Mr. Stewart to the Shoe.

In the past JS has said that he has been a miami and florida fan also, so maybe he uses the term "fan" a bit loosely. That said, I think we have a good shot if he visits, hopefully against scUM.
