Actually, CleveBucks, we are in his top 4, at least according to Steve Helwagen. It appears that the contenders are Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State, and Florida, probably in that order. I give OSU about a 20 - 25% chance right now, but rising. Distance, coaching, and "cornerback U" favor OSU; don't expect a resolution any time soon, which is good for OSU - if the race ended today, we'd be third; maybe in time, we'll get to no. 1.

Timetable
King wants to enroll in January so he'll probably make his decision either during or directly after his senior season.
Obviously I'm biased but I think it's almost a done deal for Michigan. He already feels comfortable enough at Michigan that he spent all camp hanging out with Michigan players instead of working out or spending time with the coaches and I think that will really work in our favor. His family is very close with the Breastons from what I've read. |
