Ohio State is the leader for his services, Myers-White acknowledged.

I wonder if the doubters will resurface. He previously stated there's a 95% chance he'd be a Buckeye and a month later people thought he was going elsewhere.

Great article Buckskin. AMW sounds like hes got his head screwed on right and would be a great addition to the Bucks. I hope that 95 percent is right and it turns to 100 very soon!!!!

The visit to USC bothers me a bit, but I also like this quote:
Quote:
|
"If you do make the NFL, you give up a lot. That's a lot of time away from your family, and someday I want to find someone nice and settle down. I hate it when I hear about people being alone or having to go to nursing homes, alone. People need companions, they need friends and family."

A kid who understands the importance of family is less likely to make his parents fly to Cali to see him play.

Duane Long- premium
He is going to take five official visits -USC, Tennessee, Florida, Purdue, and Ohio State. He will take an unofficial to tOSU for Cincy and save his official for the scUM game. But his father said they would probably be there for most of the home games.
His father also seemed perturbed about internet speculation regarding AMW's recruitment.

In what way? The way that he is being referred to as Fred Davis 2? If you could give a bit more detail on that, that'd be great.

Apparently Mr. White has taken exception to some of the things he's read on the internet. A couple of things he mentioned were people saying his son was going to be a Sooner even though AMW is not even visiting there and he also didn't like the talk that AMW was going to Purdue just because he made an unofficial visit. He made it a point to say the Buckeyes were his son's leader and nothing has changed in that regard. I guess he doesn't like all the speculation regarding his son's choice.
