Should be interesting....I do know that PC tells out of state players not to announce until signing day, so they don't get a ton of instate pressure....or at least a little closer to signing day

I don't think he's getting a ton of pressure to become an Orangeman though. And he's too far away for Buckeyes fans to personally bug him. Delaying the decision is certainly not due to instate pressure.

Well, his family is going to know about his decision whenever he makes it. So that's really a nonfactor. I'm sure the family will get together and factor distance into the decision anyway.

I thought the intent of every thread was to connect it to Fred Davis. Kind of like Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, except with Davis instead.

My 2 cents.....
Not that my 2 cents matter, but from what I understand the people that feel JG is a lock for SC are people that get most of their info directly from USC sources. Sort of like Bill K. before Conley left. Most of the time these type of sources will be pretty accurate. I believe JG told Pete and everybody there that he was coming to LA to be Trojan next year. Part of that is the reason why those on the west coast feel he is a lock. I also know that until a few months ago the WV insiders felt he was a lock to them, partly because he come out even publically and told everyone he was going to WVU. He obviously changed his mind. If he had already decided that he was going to USC he would announce on national TV. No doubt about it, if he waits, that's because he really isn't sure. If he waits till a week later the in state pressure argument is pretty moot. Unless one of these insiders lives in JG's house I think he's pretty hard to call a lock. He's never really said one team leads over the other and obviously making decisions is not his strongest suit. I won't get my hopes up, but I think calling him a lock to any school is pretty preposterous
