How do you come to owe a community college $3000?

Yeah I would think after the first semester of not paying you couldn't sign up for more. Either that or this is the most expensive community college anywhere. |

$3000 is only about 1 week's worth of overdue fines from a late OhioLink book. Library fines are a bitch. If Gwaltney happened to stumble into the library by accident one day, he may still have some overdue books.

This comment makes me think there is no way the transfer can easily work out.
