At some point, Mack Brown is going to have to land one of these top in-state QB prospects. It looks like Finley will be headed to Texas if he wants him.

Ohio State is still recruiting Finley hard, per today's Rivals update, but it looks like BuckDog is right. Texas has the early lead but Finley will take all 5 visits. He wants to play both basketball and football in college.
