OSU Nike Camp April 17, 2004
it is looking like me and the cbg will most likely be in columbus the 17th to attend the stadium scrimmage during spring ball (nearly certain as long as we are allowed to of course). that same day is the nike camp and it is definitely open to the public and free for all to attend.
we should be at both events getting a football fix during the offseason and hopefully we will get some pics and maybe even a film clip or two. if you are in the area it may be worth a trip to campus.
there should be tons of prospects interested in osu at the nike camp though i don't know how easy it will be to see them in action or identify who they actually are from where we are allowed to observe from. i am hoping to take a ton of pics and then later sift through them and see if i get any pics of out of staters of interest to the bucks. i should be able to recognize all the relevant instaters from their face and from computerbuck drooling all over them.
just an FYI.

Hey VG, I'm really a big fan of your website. Why don't you combine your efforts with the guys from The Buckeye 50 yard line, the Buckeye Sports report, and any others out there. You each could do your own thing and have one hell of a Free Buckeye website. Just a thought.
I'm Tuscarawas Co, so I'm very familar with Massilon, Perry etc. When I'm home visiting we often go to the BW3 on Lincoln. Glad to see you posting here.

VG has some great videos. What is there now is nothing in comparison to what was there. He had a shot of Jamario at Mansfield just absolutely destroying a ballcarrier. Looking forward to the replenishment of the VG library.

I will be up for the Camp also. Looking forward to both the Nike & OSU Camps!
The Miami Camp will be the week before, so it will be a busy 2 weeks.

The stadium scrimmage will most likely not be open to the public... last year none of the scrimmages were, only a few selected practices. The Nike is definitely worth attending though.

i didn't go last year to the kick scrimmage but i am nearly certain my brother did (though i could be thinking about 2002 i guess). no announcement yet either way, ideally they will let the fans in again.
nike camp is announced as open to the public for sure though.

I will be out of town this weekend and won't be able to attend the Nike Camp.
Hopefully the guys going (like VG or HH) can give us some feedback after they go. I certaintly would appreciate any first hand information.
Thanks!
