what's most interesting with this list... is that many of them have signed with the schools they were linked to 4 months ago... then all the shaking and baking and juking and hype... and at the end, they're right back where they were before all that stuff... including Gwaltney

Pahokee's Smith picks Florida State

Smith, who was named the South Florida Sun-Sentinel's 3A-2A-1A Offensive Player of the Year in Palm Beach and Florida's Mr. Football, also was considering Miami, Florida and Auburn.

I think you would be hard pressed to find a team having a worse day than Texas. I think it is funny that for their siging day coverage on Rivals, the UT people are using the title "Men of Their Word". Anyways, in the last few weeks they lost out on, among others, Ryan Perilloux, Martellus Bennet, Derek Nicholson, and Fred Rouse. The meltdown going on on the UT message boards is monumental...everything from bad-mouthing recruits to ripping visiting fans. Classic...
