Our defense is great...but so is Drew Tate - they're certaintly capable of scoring more than 10.

This game will be about who kicks whose ass more... easy as that.

Tates inconsistent and injury prone.

Tate had a chance to shake off his injury this past weekend. Iowa will be very motivated coming into Columbus. IMO this game will come down to whether Troy continues to believe that he is the playmaker on the offense. If he belives that, the Buckeyes are in for a long day. Ferentz and Iowa's DC Parker are two good coaches who will deploy a defense to shut Troy's running/scrambling down. If Troy starts to get the ball into the hands of the playmakers while avoiding throwing strikes to Iowa's DBs, then the Buckeyes will win.

Is Antwan Allen going to play? Or is Ferentz going to be a man and bench him?

This game is about our D versus their O, and given what Iowa has looked like so far this year, we win that matchup hands down.
If there were any game on the schedule where the "prevent offense" just needs to hold on to the ball and not do anything dumb, this is it.
MVP on the afternoon will be Huston, plus whichever linebacker disembowels Tate.
I'll be shocked if either team can muster more than one offensive TD without being gifted field position.

Im thinking the score will be something like 21-7. Our defense will shut down their offense, and our offense will sputter, but do enough to win this game. Iowa's d-line is horrible this year.

I see a physical, defensive game unfolding. AKA said it best, there will be some serious ass kicking going on.

The thing that worries me about drew Tate is that he is much more mobile then you think. He hurt us big with his legs last year. Their offense will score points (I guess around 17-24 points), the deciding factor will be if our offense can score any.
