Stupid Question (well, ignorant question anyway):
What's the difference between an official visit and unofficial visit? I realize that official visits are limited, but are there additional benefits or perks allowed at these visits? Why not have a crap load of unofficial visits?
With Young coming in for an official visit now, I assume that means we're moving up in his world....

To get an official visit from this type of recruit this late in the game, says a lot about Matta and the staff.
We are competing against North Carolina (favorite), Duke, Uconn, Florida, Kentucky, Oklahoma just to name a few and he can only take 5 official visits, so I think Matta has made quite an impression on him in a very short period of time.

May 7-9 is the same weekend that Oden and Conley plus Cook on an unofficial and maybe Lighty will visit.
On a side note.....Oden and Conley will not be playing in the AAU tournament scheduled for Columbus in May.
