'06 OH OL/DL Billy Nagy (Wisconsin signee)
![]() Rivals Profile Scout Profile Hudson (OH) Height: 6-foot-5 Weight: 295 pounds 40-yard dash: 5 seconds Bench max: 340 pounds Squat max: 525 pounds GPA: 3.5 Projects as a Guard of Tackle. Interest in Illinois, Michigan, Northwestern (offer), Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Syracuse, Wisconsin, and Bowling Green. anybody know anything about this guy? he goes to my old high school of Hudson, and we've never had a D1 football recruit. But I was talking to my friend today, apparently this kid is getting looked at by osu, michigan, purdue, and iowa. Needless to say, I was shocked. Last edited by Highstreet; 03-05-2005 at 05:16 PM. If someone can dig up the All Ohio division 1 list from last season you will find
Bill Nagy on the second team as a Junior. He is for real, 6'4" 295. If he played for St. Ed or Ignatius, or Warren Harding he would be a top 100 player. I PM Lord Jeff Buck about him about a week ago. |

2/22/05 By Kurelic...Nagy's father says that last weekend they visited Bowling Green, Northwestern, and Michigan (quite a trip). Next weekend he is visiting Syracuse, Notre Dame, and Pitt (is that even possible? Notre Dame and Syracuse are in opposite directions). Many Big 10 schools are asking for tape. OSU ahs invited him to attend some workouts. |

Over the years I have had the pleasure of watching De Juan Porter, Eric Golhston, Antonio Hall, Ben Mast, Le Charles Bentley, Ivan Douglas, Gene Mu ransky, Dave Petrusu lo, Brandon Braxton, Adrian Clarke, and Alex Boone. If there are three Ols in Ohio really better than Nagy, the state is loaded. I hope we can land all four, I would love the tradition of the Buckeye OL to return.

SCOUT$
3/2/05 Could be a top ten prospect in Ohio next year. Most schools are recruiting him for offense. Invited down to tOSU for spring practice. Holds a 3.4 GPA. His top five are Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Northwestern and Louisville. |

osu may well recruit him as such with such a lack of DT talent in ohio this year. also, osu is starting to get a little top heavy in DT depth, so bringing in at least one this year isnt a bad idea. |
