OK, so why would a "full NCAA qualifier" go to Harmony Community School when he has college schlorship offers? Surely he could pass some college's admission requirements.

He was not a full qualifier when he enrolled at Harmony, but has since completed the work necessary to be eligible to enroll in a 4-year institution.
