I don't believe Rose or Small wiil commit any time soon (Let's hope I'm wrong). Other than O'Neal, Most of the past Tarblooders that committed to OSU completed their visits before they committed (Ginn, Lenix). My guess is Connor Smith. He already has Buckeye bloodlines. Possibly, Brown.

...and keep in mind, O'Neal wasn't actually at Glenville yet when he committed. He was still in school in Mansfield.

Ohio State versus M*ch*g*n trumps everything. It trumps your record. It trumps whether it's dangerous or you don't have a chance or any of those kinds of things. It trumps all things because it's the Ohio State-M*ch*g*n game. And I would like to think our guys understand that, but there's only one demonstration of understanding that and that's at 12:00 noon on Saturday.

With his recent offer list [reported], I am getting the idea that he might wait and take some visits. Might as well get a free trip out of it. There could be worse places to go for visits then USC and LSU [probably at least 1 of the FL schools].
BTW - my guess is Boren.

New but unconfirmed news on BN insiders says Smith as well. Somebody knows one of the Colerain coaches and states that Smith loves JT. They wouldnt be surprised if he committed soon must to his father's delight.

I hope Conner does commit before his season starts, I live right down the street from Colerain high school and although it was fun watching them on their way to the state title I hated (even though he was just a high school kid) having to watch Mister Simpson play knowing he was going to scUM. It would be fun this year to go and watch a future Buckeye from Colerain.

i think brown will be a buckeye, but probably not early. he did state he wants to take all 5 visits. unless he decides to go the dw rout, commit and then take his visits. that was kind of nerve racking.

Actually, it really wasn't. Doug stated in every update after a visit that he was 100% Buckeye... and he held true to his word. I wasn't worried one biit.
