Cool kid, and great speed. Seems like the same school as '05 LB Tavares Kearney. Hopefully he does not follow him to Georgia, but with Tressel's near success in bringing Kearney up north, maybe it made an impact on Asher. I like this kid and it would be very nice to have him in Columbus.

In 2004 Thomas Brown signed with Georgia...and he is like a big brother to Asher, which makes Georgia early favorites. Last edited by LordJeffBuck; 02-09-2005 at 01:01 PM. |

2/21/05 From Scout.com...some schools are recruiting him as a RB, others are recruiting him as a CB, and others are labeling him as an athlete. Asher reiterates that at this early stage, Georgia is his leader. |

What position does he want to play?

He says he doesn't really care...whatever gets him on the field.
Insiders Premium 2/21/05 By Scout.com...more of the same, but with a video link attached. His speed is impressive...he looks like more of a RB than a WR on offense. He is a ferocious tackler on defense. I think he is destined for the defensive side of the ball. |

Family... in Ohio? Could we have another Mo Wells situation on our hands? I sure hope that's the truth.

I would love to have a MoW situation...this kid was an absolute stud on his reel. He is also the cousin to '06 GA LB prospect Marrice Richardson(offers fro: Georgia, Ga. Tech(high interest), who is related to Michael Irvin, though I do not know if AA is related to Irvin. In the Amp feature done on 4/1, Richardson says that he and AA are best friends and would be interested in attending the same college. I guess that will be something to keep tabs on as we follow AA's recruitment.
