By the Rivals main site...Cook is getting mail from Georgia, South Florida, Central Florida, Rutgers, Iowa, NC State, Ohio State and Navy. He would like to hear from Miami and FSU. His favorites are Florida State, Miami, Georgia, NC State and Ohio State. Team chemistry and educational programs will be big parts of Emmanuel's decision.

At this point, Cook has an offer from Ole Miss. Cook impressed at the Nike Camp at Miami with a 4.49-second time in the 40, 27 repetitions of 185 pounds, a 33-inch vertical and 4.1-second shuttle time.
His favorites are Miami, N.C. State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Mississippi and Florida, among others. FSU is the slight leader right now.

Despite the latest article from $ Rivals $ I just spoke with his coach yesterday. There is a mutual interest between the Cook and OSU. He would fit in the "keep warm" category imo.
