thanks H&G. i guess that's a glimmer of hope, but the article said that he is committing and just hasn't talked to Carr yet. i hope your source wasn't being literal.

If he's quoted in the story as saying he commited, you can probably take it to the bank. I don't know why he'd lie about it, although if he's just screwing with the scUM writers and later chooses tOSU, I won't hold it against him! 
H&G- Do you know if Cobra and Eugene Clifford are friends? If Mixon really did commit to scUM, I'd think it would be hard for OSU to pull Clifford away from them, seeing as they are presumebly the 1st big school to offer and he might have a friend up there. |

Mixon did commit to scUM.I thought he would.I'm holding out hope for Gibson,that's my target.There is so much talent this year in Ohio they can't get everybody.

friends, yes. tight? I would say no. Clifford's recruitment has just begun...If OSU has interest and shows it right away, that would go a long way to neutralizing the advantage scUM has with Colerain camping there every year.

Gibson will be the higher rated player until he commits to tOSU, then they will "adjust" his position like they always do for tOSU verbals 
I hope it's not over for Mixon, though. It's tough to see the top Ohio kids go north. We could still get 8 of the top 11, though.

since it's not officially done, we need to do some major work now. gotta get Cobra up here this weekend. H&G, do you know if he's coming up? i think i heard Connor was, will Cobra come up this weekend too? we gotta get him up here fast.
