In no way is OSU out of this. Think about it. The reason we're getting back into the picture is because G. Mathews has shown the potential to academically qualify. They are still waiting on some grades.
If he does not get those grades, he's going to see if Michigan works out. At this point, he simply can't burn his Michigan bridges, but he's clearly looking around. I believe if he can get into OSU, then he switches commitments in the coming weeks.

It would be interesting to get HH's take on GM's visit. Where's HH been lately?

Good read about Mathews, his family, and his very unselfish playing style. Greg had a great time at tOSU and is looking forward to visiting FSU. His Mother says he should be fully qualified and the Michigan staff has not mentioned his grades as an issue. After the FSU visit, the family will sit down to select the school which fits Greg the best.

This may be wishful thinking, but this type of language does not sound as if he is committed, regardless of what he says to GBW. Most likely, he will stick with his original commitment, but this sounds like there is definitely a possibility here.

TRESSEL: Not by Saturday. So, I don't know, I don't give it any thought.
