4/25 At the VT Nike Camp, Ray showed good speed and quickness but was not spectacular. His measurables were also questioned as he appeared closer to 155-160 lbs as opposed to the 170 listed weight.

5/6 Ray has offers from Ball State, Michigan State, Eastern Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Syracuse, and he expects an offer from tOSU soon. He has tOSU, Iowa, and Wisconsin as his leaders but does say he likes Florida State as well.

Ray has an offer from Wisconsin. He is best friends with Badger verbal Daven Jones, and the two have talked about playing together in college. Wisconsin is recruiting Ray as a slot WR. Fisher's top three are Wisconsin, Iowa (also offered), and Ohio State (not offered).

6/13/05 From the Michigan State site...the article talks about Coach Ginn and his summer college camp tour. Ray is a WR who is flying under the radar right now. Ginn says that Fisher is big enough to be a college WR, despite some questioning his size.
