Watched the video footage at Sunshine Preps of Harry this morning. He definitely looks taller than 6' 2" on film. His style reminds me a bit of JaMarcus Russell of LSU. He plays very tall in the pocket and has a tight release. I personally was more impressed with Antonio Henton's film, but it is tough to get a good comparison going when you only have 3-4 minutes of film on each kid.

I honestly don't know how he has an offer over some of the QB prospects that don't have offers. He didn't look to be anything but average in nearly every aspect.

I think what we have here is a kid who is trying to promote himself.
I'm not trying to be mean, but this guy is not even close to an Ohio State calibur quarterback. He's not real quick or fast, doesn't have a very strong arm and isn't that accurate. He also says he has offers from NC State and FSU, among others, which I'm guessing is also a fabrication on his part...
