Bingo. What's funny is that right now, since the updates are being done person-by-person, there are some "five stars" ranked lower than some "four stars" (for example, #94 is still a "five star" although most of the players at 50-93 have been changed to "four star" already).

I think that Mack Brown should listen to Tom Lemming and not go after so many early commitments. Mack would be better off waiting, and letting Tom sell more subscriptions in Texas, rather than getting 6 of the nation's top-75 players committed before Texas's summer camps had started.
Gotta be nice to have a top-5 class almost wrapped up already (21 verbals). And this is just an observation, I'm not complaining, because it looks like tOSU will also have another great class this year.

Seems the list is pretty set now. The Ohio boys check in as follows:
#3 Chris Wells
#21 Connor Smith
#28 Justin Boren
#36 Jeff Cumberland
#47 Thad Gibson
#55 Ross Homan
#60 Josh Chichester
#66 Lee Tilley
#68 Jake Ballard
#73 Aaron Brown
#79 Kurt Coleman
#80 Ray Small
#81 Cobrani Mixon
With Wells, Smith, Boren, Cumberland and Gibson being 5-stars and the rest at 4-stars.

If you sort by position, they are positioning players for rankings later this week. Looking at DE, Rose, Ryan, and Wade still have only 1*, but are listed soon after the Top 100 guys. So all three of them should be top 15 at their position. DT has Pinkston, McEowen, and Ben Alexander close to the top.. I'm not familiar enough with the other positions to say whether or not Scout has started work on them yet.

It seems pretty standard now
the five stars are in order along with the four, in case the link changed:

How does Scout determine which order they list schools? It looks to be alphabetical for the most part. This is evidence of another SEC conspiracy to get Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, Florida and Georgia listed above Ohio State, Michigan, Purdue, Penn State and Wisconson but that is another story.
For example, consider Conner Smith
<TABLE id=Cell0_DataGrid1 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=1 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR vAlign=center bgColor=#eeeeee><TD> OL </TD><TD> 21 </TD><TD> <NOBR> </NOBR> </TD><TD> Connor Smith
(Colerain HS)
Cincinnati, OH
</TD><TD> </TD><TD> <NOBR>6-5/295/5.10 </NOBR></TD><TD>
</TD><TD> - </TD><TD> Florida, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Tennessee </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
There is no way Florida and LSU lead above Michigan and Ohio State
There are a few examples where the order isn't pure alphabetic. Does that tell us additional information? For example
<TABLE id=Cell0_DataGrid1 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=1 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR vAlign=center bgColor=white><TD> CB </TD><TD> 82 </TD><TD> <NOBR> </NOBR> </TD><TD> Ray Small
