Camp Offers?...
seems to me that in years past, you could almost count on a handful of offers being handed out right after camp. is it just me or was Chichester the only one who got an offer this year? seems like i've been reading more about the staff passing on guys as opposed to offering. why is this? limited scholarships for this year? or are they waiting until other things shake out?

I noticed this also. On the OL recruiting I think it all revolves around the Connor Smith decision. I think Palmer,Browning, and Thomas were all candidates for the scholarship but I think it looks like Palmer would be next in line over Browning because Thomas already verballed to Pitt. The others i'm not sure about. Did we even really get that many big names in there? I know usually its the guys that have gone under the radar that get an offer but still didn't hear much of anything like that at all.
