Scout $

Rolle has 35 offers as of right now. He grew up following PSU and FSU. He has his own website going myronrolle.net. He will visit OU, as they were the first to offer. They(myron & family) have not eliminated any teams from consideration, and are using a list to keep track of teams. The list has different criteria on it. If the schools haven’t produced or they don’t have things he is looking for they have a mark against them. A good education and a chance at the NFL are what he looks for the most in selecting a school.

That is pretty cool, but on his football page, he lists his offers and we are not one of them? Maybe we have offered and they havn't updated it yet. However, if we havn't I would assume Tressel and Co. are on it and should offer soon.

OK... good stuff... talked with Rolle's best friend and co-captain on the football team... Friend is a SR and Rolle was elected co-captain as a junior.. something this fella said never happens...
1) Rolle is 6'3" and 211 ...
2) Current GPA is 93% and has not begun to take the SAT prep yet... but did take it just for the heck of it... scored close to 1200... now he plans on getting serious about it !!!
3) said Rolle is a very good person and comes from an outstanding and successful family
4) Hun school only plays other prep schools... doesn't play public or Catholic schools because the other schools have nothing to gain and everything to lose.. with the way NJ post season works...
The leader had been Oklahoma but lately Rolle has been talking about Ohio State equally... friend says those are probably the two hottest ones right now... says they try not to talk schollies because Myron is being barraged... and everyone wants to know where he's going...
This friend is darn good size too... and he accepted an offer with Princeton... over Cornell and two other brainiac schools...
Now the little kicker... best friends father is a tOSU alum... undergrad and law school... friend says folks in the circle think he could be better than Doss... he's faster and already bigger... he loves safety but the thinking is he has the frame to eventually carry 240 !!! that'd be a heckuva safety...

Nice update, NJ. Now, for those of us not in the know, what is the difference between prep and Catholic schools in NJ and what is the level of competition like that Rolle's school plays?

when you think NJ prep... think Western Reserve Academy
Friend says they play the best prep programs in the state...
there's no way to compare their level of play because they don't play outside their elements...
