vrabel has mentioned he may want to further his academic career in medicine (though more recently he has mentioned returning to his alma mater to coach)

This kid sounds like a Tressel type kid and doesn't sound like he is going to get caught up in all the hype. I really think the first to offer is going to play a big role in this, that being Okie, but maybe it might be to far away. Also we have Jenkins from his area so you never know.

OSU Rob could go either way
more than just jenkins, remember coach hazell coached at rutgers so he must have great nj connections, which will definitely help us with rolle. plus, recruits seem to love coach tucker who coaches our dbs, and rolle will be a safety.

I have a feeling that his recruitment is going to be similar to Doug Worthington's, he just seems like the type of recruit that will be attracted to a program like Ohio State, for 1 because its relatively close to home, and 2 because Tressell will be honest with him and make the depth chart look apealing to him and show him how much DB depth that we have put in the pro's.

Also, I think that Tressel can point to how low the depth at corner back is. That is depth of the TRUE cornerbacks, not DB's/safties.

I totally agree with what everyone is saying about this guy's academics


No knock on OU's academics, but tOSU has a great school both on the field and off... I think coach tress will be able to bring that out and show it to him

I hope we get this guy, he seems like a tressel guy

I got the impression that this could be a long process before Rolle chooses... He & the family have a very detailed checklist they are using against all candidates... very methodical...

Gotta find my new friend and see what's on that list...

BTW The Hun team had a number of studs this year... and quite a few get schollies... I'm sure schools might find it convenient to have a couple 4.0 GPAs on the roster... They have a number of studs next fall as well... to complement Myron...

Also FYI Myron led the state prep division in rushing this year as well
