'06 FL RB C.J. Spiller (Clemson Verbal)

Height: 5'11
Weight: 180
Forty: NA
School: Lake Butler Union County, FL
List: Ohio State, FSU, Miami, N. Dame
Video: Here
- I bumped around and all of the big 3 Florida schools fan's seem to think he is the #1 RB recruit in the state for the 06 season
- Named to the 2004 all- state team
-The 5-foot-11 and 185 pound standout rushed for 1,415 yards and 20 touchdowns as a junior. The North Florida junior, who had the best 40-yard dash time at the Florida MSL camps last spring, averaged 11.6 yards a carry. He grew up a fan of Florida State and attended the summer football camp along with several home games.

Amazing feet. Great balance. Uncanny ability to make tacklers miss. Uses the lead blockers very well. This guy shows flashes of Ted Ginn Jr. It would be incredible if we can land top RBs back to back years in the state of FL.

Wow! Nice nice, any idea who he's leaning towards, besides the big 3.
He shows good speed but even more important he knows when to get low and he has A+ vision and that's what makes a great running back.
I for one hope that the buckeyes will be a contender for this kid, his film is some of the most impressive film that I have seen.
(almost as impressive as TG2's)
He'll be a name to remember though come this time next year.

nice video, that hit on the punter was big time. on def good knack for tha ball and as a tb a nic chunck runner. only hit a few homeruns but is a big buriser. his foot speed seems good, not great. he does not seem to be able to run away from people at the hs level.

Rivals Premium
C.J. is heavily favoring Florida State, and will probably be the only back they take this year. He still plans to look around a little bit before making a decision, and is hearing from Florida, Miami, OSU, and ND. He has posted a 4.3 40 and a 10.4 100.

A 10.4 100 is blazing fast.
Talk about Florida speed.

Puzzles me that this guy is so high on Florida State. That team is STACKED at running back! They have their two leading rushers Leon Washington (Sr) and all-world recruit Lorenzo Booker (Jr) back, plus they just landed 5* Antone Smith (the #1 RB out of Florida) as well as 4* RB Russell Ball both in the last class.
Landing Spiller would give them THREE 5* RB's on the same team at the SAME TIME. That's unheard of, outside of the state of Florida!

It sounds like he has always wanted to play for Florida State, when a kid has his heart set on a college, sometimes the depth chart doesn't mean that much.
