I am in Austin. It looks like Hugh Hefner makes all the hiring decisions.

Ouside of the Rose Bowls and the Ohio State game, the games where I most saw Vince make a difference were the two Oklahoma State games and Kansas his sophomore year. Those are the games I most worry about without him. The ones we are supposed to win but end up in a hole and needing a comeback to win.
For some reason I am fairly confident about the Ohio State game. Texas has lost only one home game this decade. It may not be as famous as the Shoe, but Texas' home field has been a decided advantage in the Mack Brown era. The guys have that swagger and confidence that they have been missing sometimes. That is usually the key ingredient to Mack Brown's teams' success.

Well that is the same thing that we thought last season, but it was you leader at QB that willed your team to win. This year the roles are reversed and we have that leader at Qb.

It's worth pointing out that Texas never plays their main rival at home. Sort of skews the stats a bit. Some of those OK games, you guys would have lost whether it was in Dallas or Austin.

I really don't understand what you are trying to say here. If it is that we have won some games that we would have lost in norman well that is probably true, ou has also won some games they would have lost in Austin. However, regardless of all that, what does it have to do with what we were talking about?

It was in regards to only having one home loss in 10 years. If OU played in Austin every other year, they probably would have defeated you once.
