As a junior, he averaged 12 points and 12 rebounds a game. Considered the #13 center by Scout.com. He is playing quarterback for the football team. Holds a 3.3 GPA. Southern is interested in Ohio State but Michigan State looks like the leader at this point. He plans to visit OSU for a football game.

From the Pitt site...Pitt has offered Southern. He says he is looking at Michigan State, Michigan, Kentucky, Pitt, St. John's, Wisconsin, Ohio State and UCLA and does not have a favorite.

Tubby Smith and Tom Izzo were in to see Southern. Kentucky, Michigan State, Miami (Fla.), Pittsburgh, Wisconsin, and Vanderbilt have offered and he is getting interest from Ohio State, UCLA, and Michigan.
