As a freshman, Allen was the sixth man on Hamilton's state championship team. As a sophmore, Allen averaged 12.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. Considered one of the top wing players in Ohio for the 2007 class.

Listing Michigan, Stanford, Ohio State, Purdue, Wake and NC State.

OhioVarsity......Allen had a triple double earlier this week (11 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists). Allen is averaging 15.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game for Hamilton (8-8). Stanford, North Carolina State, Virginia, Florida State, Miami (Ohio)(offer), Dayton (offer) and Bowling Green (offer) are showing interest. Stanford and NC State are his leaders at this point. No mention of tOSU.
