While James is with the Cavaliers this weekend in Washington for the playoffs, his former high school coach, Dru Joyce II, is running this tournament that will be worth an estimated $5 million to the economies of Summit, Portage and Stark counties, according to tournament officials.

Saturday, April 28, 2007 Carl Matzelle
Plain Dealer Reporter
The King James Shooting Stars Classic represents a who's who of the best high school basketball players around the state and region.
Top Ohio players at the three-day AAU boys tournament that began Friday at sites across Akron include 6-8 St. Edward forward and Michigan State recruit Delvon Roe, 6-4 Toledo Libbey shooting guard and Ohio State recruit William Buford, 6-3 Garfield Heights guard Robert Wilson, and 7-0 Massillon Perry center and Xavier recruit Kenny Frease.
Frease had two bones broken in his right eye socket during a game on Feb. 2 and didn't play again until the end of the regular season.
