I wouldn't be suprised to see Dailey get an offer during OSU's upcoming Junior Day.

When is Junior Day exactly? Is it before signing day?

I think junior day is right after signing day if I am correct and many of our offers come one junior day. But in regards to Dailey I agree. He is an impact player and will be a great LB or Safety. He is really high on us and we are high on him so I think we definetly have a big edge on Dailey(and Gamble).

Junior Day is typically the first Saturday after Signing Day that there is a home men's basketball game. The first home game after Signing Day is the Illinois game on February 12th, but that is a Sunday. The first Saturday home game is against Northwestern on the 18th.

Massillon lost the state final game, but Dailey made a tremendous individual play to give the Tigers extra life in the game.
With Massillon down by 14, Dailey pulled a (Clarettish) move, ripping the ball out of Darius Ashley's hands and then racing 76 yards for a score to put the Tigers within 7 late in the game. What a heads-up play by this junior standout!
