You would look awful good in Scarlet & Grey, Kris!!

It definetly says a lot considering that they saw both O'Dowd and Oglesby at camp, then offered O'Dowd first.

I think they both were told that offers would come at camp.
I think that they identified them two and Blankenship at camp and all 3 received their official offers the first day they were allowed to.

All 3 were offered in the same time frame (all 3 were documented on BP within 10-14 days of each other). However, Kris was the first documented offer for the '07 class on BP, and Oglesby and Blankenship were soon after.
You can still take that for what it's worth

Kris will start narrowing things down in the summer. Arizona and OSU have visited his school.
He mentions depth charts, which is good for the Buckeyes in this case.

General Update
Kristofer will be attending the scout.com camp in Los Angeles on May 7. His latest and greatest "stats" should be on line within a week or so. As of right now, Kristofer is at 6' 4 3/4", (rounding 6' 5") and 312 pounds. His speed and vertical jump are a question mark because of his bulking up over the past year. Kristofer clocked a 29" vertical jump and 4.92 40 yard dash (by hand running for Ohio State, and 5.0 to 5.2 by "machine" at Michigan State and Michigan a week later) last year, but who knows where that ends up after gaining 35+ pounds. And, the weight is probably 25 pounds of muscle and 10 pounds of "other" which he plans to lose over Summer before starting another lifting cycle. Along those lines, Strength has increased dramatically in the last year (bench 420+, Squat 550+, and Power Cleans 330+), and Kristofer hopes to be benching 500 and squatting 600+ by the time he matriculates in Sept 2007.
As for recruiting, Kristofer will be sitting down with his family over Summer to weigh his options and discuss the pros and cons of Ohio State, USC (and perhaps one other school), taking into consideration education, depth charts, family considerations, and, most importantly, comfort level with the Coaches and program.
