Ronald says new Michigan commitment Ryan Mallett called him to recruit him to Ann Arbor. He will not participate in the Nike Combine but says he will be there to meet with the coaches.

Based on a few things I've heard recently I'm pretty confident he's going to be a Wolverine. I'm not going to say shocked if he picks another school, but I think he's more of a Michigan lean than Allen. I also think he makes a committment well before NSD. Johnson's recruitment is probably going to wind up like his former teammates Terrance Taylor's. Taylor was close to committing to Michigan early but decided to get out there and see schools so he backed off. Taylor kept saying he wanted to go south, talked about how much he loved the weather down there, kept saying he was open blah blah blah, took unofficials to a couple of schools, then took a couple officials- can't exactly remember to which schools, then he committed to Michigan on his last official which was to Ann Arbor.

Ronald says his knee is about 90% healed and he is wide open. He does say Michigan has not been recruiting him as hard as some other schools.
