I have a good friend down in Florida that gos to the same HS as Noel, a year ahad of him though. Said the guy is absolutely amazing, moreso in eprson than on video even.
He said that Noel is a FSU fan but doesnt have any loyalties right now to any school. We can hope but looks like he's going to stay in Florida.

Getting back to Devine's videos, it looks like we should not only pay attention to Devine, but there's some good OL blocking in front of him too. Most of those clips in both videos show Devine getting to the 2nd level of defenders (i.e. well past the D-line) before anyone even has a chance to touch him.
Devine's one of the reasons why nobody's touching him. The 5 guys in front of him are also doing a pretty nice job, from what I can see.

Next year the in state talent at the offensive line position is very good. I just thought some of the moves and the very obvious ginn-esque like speed was jaw dropping, I could see Mo. Wells having a great Freshman year and with a similar body type/running style having a positive impact on recruiting this stud. If Javon Ringers looked like this kid and I'm sure VG would know It makes him a bigger loss than I'd imagined before.

the devine kid looks straight line faster than ringer at a younger age and that is impressive. i would put javon's speed changing directions with any player in college though including the reggie bushes, devin hesters, and the teddy ginns. i wish we would still go after ringer but it ain't gonna happen. that kid is going to haunt us some day.

Who Is Noel Devine? - Rivals Premium
Noel is currently 5-8 165 lbs. and can bench up to 330. He is already 16 years old (meaning he and Wells can't be that far apart, despite being a grade apart). He is often compared to Tony Dorsett. He gets a lot of letters from Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Rutgers, Pittsburgh. He grew up a Miami fan.

Update:
94 yards on 16 carries and 2 rushing TDs against Lehigh.
Note: Deion Sanders, an alumni of NFM, was on the sidelines looking on, lending more fuel to the rumor that he's going to take Devine under his wings.
