RB is wrong on this one... Evans is clearly the best player on Milton's team. He's the best player that Milton has had in a long time (excluding when I played for the Bulldogs that is

). The RB and WR (Deeter and Battiston were their names) all keyed off of Evans running the offense. Evans has shattered all the passing records, and he is only a junior. Up until recently, I thought that Evans was a better DB prospect, but I am starting to come around about him at QB.
As far as who I like better between Belton or Evans, to me it depends on the system. I have seen both play several times. Belton is a pocket guy (whom we already have two of) with a strong arm. Evans is a dual-threat guy (whom I think fits well in tOSU's scheme) with a good arm, quick feet, and great accuracy. I like Belton and Evans both, but I think #3 is way too high for Belton. He may be the #1 QB in OH, but I don't believe a QB is in the top ten in OH at this point during the recruiting season...
