A top OL for next year?
The GPA looks very good. Does anyone know if he is one of the top OL recruits in the state for next year? This is the first I'm seeing something on him. The last list I saw from D. Long had N. Sharp as the early top OL in the state for next year and also mentioned J. Chaffin, M. O'Hara, M. Webster and M. Law. I think that because we did not get the top OLs in this years class that it is very important to secure the top ones in next year's class (that can qualify). I know that the staff knows what they are doing and have a good reason to be bringing Schepis in for a visit. I just wanted to see if anyone has first hand knowledge on his playing skills or the other OL prospects. Thanks and GO BUCKS!!

The top three OL next season should be Mark Wetterer of Cincy Anderson, Cameron Wade of Bedford Chanel, and Shepsis. Also keep an eye on Beloit West Branch's Nathan Sharp, St. Ignatius' Kevin Koncelik, Hubbard's Marcus O'Hara, and Middletown's Corey Pigg.

Sharp is the one to keep your eye on...hopefully we bring in a stable of lineman next year that includes Sharp, Schepis, Sawettle, O'Dowd, Oglesby and Wetterer. Is that too much to ask for?

Maybe a little . I like Cameron Wade a lot too. You could add him to the list.

I've seen Walsh play twice this year. Unfortunately, I was paying attention more to Mark Woolridge. From what I saw, Nick Schepis is tall and powerful. Footwork was good but not great laterally. He's already reportedly one of the best OL ever at Walsh. Definitely someone to watch next summer and fall.
