It seems like he has the potential to be a nice interior lineman on either side of the ball. Looks raw, but has great upside, imo.

He seems to use his size well..I like how the coaches used him at DE....he could be a Leon Lett type...minus the drugs, hopefully.....Duane Long seems to like him....cool name too...

Some new film on Antonio(#73.)
Wow, very impressive film. Shows great brute strength, and is quick to react to the play. Uses his hands real well to dispatch the offensive lineman. I might be overrating him a bit, but I think he is easily a top-10 prospect in Ohio.

Not really. They mentioned on BN that he didn't get much hype, but could easily be a top 10 prospect. I definitely agree with you in that he's top 10 material and seeing our defensive tackle situation, we need to bring this guy in.

He is massive, but I always have trouble picturing a 6'7'' dt. Not saying it can' happen, and there are good ones out there, but right now his leverage is not where it needs to be. He plays too high and just manhandles the o-lineman with pure strength. There are times when he is the highest guy on the field, I know he is tall but to have leverage in college he needs to be low, b/c the low man wins. I would like to see clips on o-line.
Just to clarify I am not saying I don't like him, but he has some work to do to get an offer from us. I think he is one of the many that could help their stock at camp.

If you look at several of the top DTs in the pros today, they are in that range - JAX has 2 of them in Stroud and Henderson plus Seymour at NE and Haynesworth at TEN. If they are athletic enough to play the position, I love it. That is my hope for Worthington eventually, although he could slide over to OT as well.
Back to Antonio..... WOW!! He uses his size, quickness and hands well. I hope OSU shows him some interest. I have heard they havent given him much attention to this point.

Antonio is probably better suited at OT. That being said, he is a major project who has to show a lot at camp before garnering an offer.

Antonio has 10 offers, including offers from Michigan State, Boston College, and West Virginia. Florida and Georgia are also showing a lot of interest. Ohio State has been in touch, and his coach thinks his offer list will expand after he recieves his test score.

I think he's too good of a lineman to pass up. I actually think he could play the "heavy" defensive end position on our line, and tear it up. Similar to Patterson did last year, and Simon Frazier did the year before. It seems like Tressel likes one run stuffer who is almost like another defensive tackle at d-end, then one pass rusher. I think he could play that position extremely well, and not only stop the run, but simply overpower tackles as well. I hope we offer him. He fits the category of big athletes who can play pretty much anywhere on the line. Plus we all know that Tressl loves Wrestlers on the d-line. Any kid who is 6'7 275 lbs and a dominant wrestler has rare athletic ability.
