I think it depends. Who would've thought that if you had undefeated teams from the B12, Pac10, and SEC that the SEC school would've been on the outside looking in? I bet the result would be different the next time.
I think one year is not enough data.

They can. But 'teams like Rutgers' only do that once in awhile.
USC is USC and OSU is OSU - and they will be for as far as one can see.
Rutgers is Schiano just like Utah was Meyer. That can change on a dime.

Isn't Anthony Davis making an unofficial visit for the Ohio State vs Michigan game? If so, maybe he will see what a big time program is all about

By BK... It has been set up, and Anthony will be on his official visit to tOSU this weekend for The Game. His coach, Dan Higgins, will be travelling with him. Anthony says tOSU is first and Rutgers is second on his list.
