Although he has no offers, Chino (Calif.) Don Lugo receiver Russell Carr should be one of the most heavily pursued offensive players on the West Coast. A 6-2, 189-pounder, Carr has the size that schools covet, and his 23 catches for 450 yards last year opened some eyes. Carr has interest in Ohio State, and Rivals has video of Carr in action from his junior campaign.
